PanBiscรฒ sponsored the XXIInd edition of the Il Libro Possibile Festival, one of the most important Italian events in the field of books and reading, held in Polignano a Mare from July 5 to 8.

On Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Diving Terrace, the book ๐‹๐š ๐’๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐š ๐๐ž๐ฅ ๐๐š๐ง๐ž ๐๐ข ๐€๐ฅ๐ญ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š (LAB editions) was presented, which was also produced thanks to the support of the company. Present were authors Giuseppe Pupillo and Antonio Ferrante and PanBiscรฒ administrator Luigi Picerno.

The presentation of the book La Storia del Pane di Altamura (The History of Bread from Altamura) by Giuseppe Pupillo and Antonio Ferrante (Lab edizioni), which we strongly desired and supported, succeeded in achieving a great goal: to make known the origins of Altamura bread-making, a worthy representative of a tradition that embraces the entire Mediterranean basin.”
