The eighth edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (SCIM) will be held from November 13 to 19. The thematic review is dedicated to the promotion of quality Italian cuisine and food products, promoted by the network of Embassies, Consulates, Italian Cultural Institutes and ICE Offices abroad.

Culinary traditions, a key feature of Italian identity, will be promoted during this week with tastings of superior Made in Italy food products, such as: pasta, bread, cheese, cheese, salami, olive oil, jams, pastries, ice cream and many others.

The main theme of this year’s event is: “At the Table with Italian Cuisine: Wellness with Taste,” which conveys the message about the importance of good food for everyone’s physical well-being and, in particular, for the diet of athletes who will be among the testimonials of this eighth event.

PanBiscò, an Apulian company that has been exporting tasty and genuine Apulian goodness for years, will be present in Bucharest at the Palazzo Italia to promote food and wine traditions, enhance the Mediterranean Diet as a model of a balanced lifestyle, and advocate the importance of a healthy lifestyle in conjunction with food.

Bruschetta di Altamura@ and Crostini Tozzapane@, two original PanBiscò ideas, are wellness-friendly products prepared with only the best ingredients from the Apulian territory: extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano. Quick and practical because they are ready-made, light and versatile, they lend themselves to many flavor combinations and are the ideal dinner saver for those who follow a healthy diet and are careful to bring quality to the table.

The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is an important showcase for Italy and Italian taste in the world, promoting culinary traditions and food and wine knowledge as a distinctive feature of the identity and culture of our beautiful country.
