The Bruschetta di Altamura® and Crostini Tozzapane® were much appreciated by visitors.

Excellent results for the 4-day Milanese Tuttofood, the large fair dedicated to the food and wine sector, for the Altamura-based company leader in bakery products, which, for the occasion, presented its new brand. New graphics, new colors and a name that encapsulates the essence of the production: PanBiscò, or good Altamura bread and bread substitutes. A makeover that keeps the quality and meticulous choice of strictly Apulian raw materials intact.

Italian buyers and many foreigners flocked to PanBiscò’s colorful booth: Belgium, France, Canada, Poland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Moldova, Spain, and England just some of the visitors’ backgrounds.

The occasion was valuable for making new acquaintances, laying the groundwork for future collaborations, but also for consolidating old relationships, meeting with customers, and presenting the very latest innovations not yet on the market to be tested for direct feedback.

Chef Marino Grieco ‘s recipes , prepared with the two flagship products, Bruschetta di Altamura® and Crostini Tozzapane®, were very popular. Good, tasty and easy to consume, they are the ideal snack for children and those who pay attention to healthy eating.
