INGREDIENTS
  • 400 gr. of stale Altamura bread

  • one clove of garlic

  • a bay leaf

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • halls

  • pecorino cheese

  • water

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Break up the bread, preferring the crust, and place it in a pan

  • Cover with water and add garlic and bay leaf, salt and bring to a boil

  • Simmer for about half an hour until the water has evaporated.

  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and grated pecorino cheese
