For 4 persons.

INGREDIENTS
  • Thin slices of stale Altamura bread

  • 1/2 liter of water

  • 5 cherry tomatoes

  • parsley

  • half onion

  • half a potato

  • black olives

  • turnip greens or broccoli

  • halls

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
  • Slice the potato and onion

  • Place all the vegetables in the water, add salt and bring to a boil.

  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

  • Arrange the bread slices in a deep dish, pour the water with the vegetables over them and season with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  • Cover with another plate and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
