A little more than a week after the success of Fha in Singapore, the Il Buon Gusto Italiano business network is looking compact at the appointment with Cibus, the international food fair, staged in Parma May 7-10.
With a total 2017 turnover of 620 million euros, including a 30 percent export share, Buon Gusto Italiano will be present with all its 20 companies. The 500-square-meter booth, one of the largest at the Fair, will see ample space devoted to organic products.
Great chefs Cesare Veronesi, Andrea Tomaselli and Luca Zorzetto will take turns in showcooking in which they will use, enhancing the quality of the products of the network companies to the maximum. On the afternoon of Tuesday, May 8, there will also be a showcooking with the three finalists of Masterchef 2018: Alberto Menini, Simone Scipioni and Kateryna Gryniukh.
