“We are what we eat” is perhaps the most famous phrase about food.<\/div>\n
And so we are this: the smell of freshly baked bread, the hands that create it, the memories of childhood, the taste of good and wholesome.<\/div>\n
A ritual unchanged by time, a gift of our land, a jewel to be treasured.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For us Italians and Apulians, food is a real passion!
\nEating well is important and part of our history. <\/span><\/div>\n
Following a healthy diet is one of the pillars for leading a healthy and happy life.<\/div>\n
Passion for food can be born from an early age, after spending hours in grandmothers’ kitchens and kneading to make delicious meals!<\/div>\n
