Today Bruschetta di Altamura\u00ae and Crostini Tozzapane\u00ae, the company&#8217;s two flagship products, account for &#8220;70 percent of the company&#8217;s sales. Before, no one had thought of bringing a pivotal product of Apulian tradition, bread, to the tables of Italians in a different guise and without distorting it. PanBisc\u00f2 saw this coming and pioneered &#8216;bread substitutes,&#8217; creating a pantry snack in step with the times and the needs of the modern consumer: a healthy, practical, versatile, healthy product. Moreover, an aspect not to be underestimated, both Bruschetta and Crostini contribute to the reduction of food waste.<\/p>\n<p>Zero preservatives, they can be eaten by everyone: condiments include
