The Bruschetta di Altamura\u00ae and Crostini Tozzapane\u00ae were much appreciated by visitors.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Excellent results<\/strong> for the 4-day Milanese Tuttofood<\/strong>, the large fair dedicated to the food and wine sector, for the Altamura-based company leader in bakery products, which, for the occasion, presented its new brand. New graphics, new colors and a name that encapsulates the essence of the production: PanBisc\u00f2<\/strong>, or good Altamura bread and bread substitutes. A makeover that keeps the quality and meticulous choice of strictly Apulian raw materials intact.<\/p>\n

Italian buyers and many foreigners<\/strong> flocked to PanBisc\u00f2’s colorful booth: Belgium, France, Canada, Poland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Moldova, Spain, and England just some of the visitors’ backgrounds.<\/p>\n

The occasion was valuable for making new acquaintances, laying the groundwork for future collaborations, but also for consolidating old relationships, meeting with customers, and presenting the very latest innovations<\/strong> not yet on the market to be tested for direct feedback.<\/p>\n

Chef Marino Grieco <\/strong>‘s recipes , <\/strong>prepared with the two flagship products, Bruschetta di Altamura\u00ae<\/strong> and Crostini Tozzapane\u00ae<\/strong>, were very popular. Good, tasty and easy to consume, they are the ideal snack for children and those who pay attention to healthy eating.<\/p>\n

Ingredients from the territory and beyond to accompany the two references. Space for p\u00e2t\u00e9s to be spread on Bruschetta di Altamura\u00ae, made with olives, asparagus or sun-dried tomatoes; but also more fancy recipes such as tomato gazpacho together with Crostini Tozzapane\u00ae.<\/p>\n

Keywords versatility and quality<\/strong>: two innovative products that lend themselves to a multitude of preparations and recipes, to be combined with Murgian products and ingredients selected from Italian excellences such as gorgonzola or Parma ham.<\/p>\n
