Present were authors Giuseppe Pupillo and Antonio Ferrante and PanBisc\u00f2 administrator Luigi Picerno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We brought the culture of Altamura Bread to one of the pearls of Apulian tourism&#8221; &#8211; Luigi Picerno&#8217;s comment &#8211; &#8220;also through the decision to be a sponsor of the 2023 edition of the Il Libro Possibile Festival in Polignano a Mare. The presentation of the book La Storia del Pane di Altamura (The History of Bread from Altamura) by Giuseppe Pupillo and Antonio Ferrante (Lab edizioni), which we strongly desired and supported, succeeded in achieving a great goal: to make known the origins of Altamura bread-making, a worthy representative of a tradition that embraces the entire Mediterranean basin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p
